Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in their individual project agreement. Thread & Pixel retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Thread & Pixel for services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary to complete the project
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and content in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided for use in their project
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by a client's failure to meet these responsibilities may result in revised timelines and are not the responsibility of Thread & Pixel.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Thread & Pixel reserves the right to pause or withhold work on projects with overdue payments.

Limitation of Liability

Thread & Pixel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the results that may be achieved from our services, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, or business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thread & Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
